The Leeds City Region Local Enterprise Partnership has just announced a new round of funding for its Productivity Pilot Scheme.
The grant can offer businesses £25,000 to £100,000 against capital equipment and fit-out cost of current facilities (based on 10-20% of total costs).
Unlike most capital grant funds, the productivity grant does not need the business to demonstrate new jobs, just maintain existing.
Rob Littlefair said “We are very pleased the LEP decided to run a second round of the fund as we have a number of clients who want to progress applications for grants but have limited job growth projections”.
Soapstone was 100% successful in the last round of funding, representing 40% of those who were offered funding from the scheme.
The deadline is at the end of January, with notifications a month later. Projects will be expected to occur between March and September 2020.
